Confirmation Notice |

After completing the booking, we will send you a confirmation email containing a
CONFIRMATION NUMBER and CONFIRMATION RECEIPT. The Confirmation Receipt will show
the details of your reservation as well as the date, time, and place of your optional
tour pick up. It also lists an emergency contact number.

Cancellation Policy |
For cancelled reservations, we will collect a cancellation fee in accordance with
company policy.
Some tours, such as the neighbor island sightseeing tours, may have different fees,
so please check each tour page to confirm the cancellation policy.
Our standard cancellation fee policy is listed below:

50% of tour cost |
1 day prior to the tour date or the day of the tour

100% of tour cost |
Examples: In the case of an April 6 tour, a cancellation on April 5 or 6 would result
in a fee of 100% of the tour cost, a cancellation on April 3 or 4 would result in
a fee of 50% of the tour cost, and a cancellation on April 2 or earlier would result
in no fee.
If payment for the tour has already been made, we will deduct the cancellation fee
and refund the remainder.
If making changes, additions, or cancellations after arrival, please call us.
